In line with Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Policies, International Quality Consultancy Ltd. encourage all of their employees to be individually responsible for identifying and eliminating hazards, preventing injury to themselves and others, and preventing adverse environmental impacts.

The accountability of International Quality Consultancy Ltd. is thus maintained via below actions, where practicable, with involvement of their business partners


1. Site Safety Induction

International Quality Consultancy Ltd. provides a site safety induction to each newcomer to their premises and seek for a site safety induction where they are assigned to conduct activities elsewhere by work contracts. Corporate site safety induction includes a summary of the scope of work and the safety principles that are to be followed at International Quality Consultancy Ltd. premises.

2. Specific Training

International Quality Consultancy Ltd. conducts a specific training program to their employees for providing a better understanding to Health, Safety and Environment issues.

3. Internal Permit to Work System

International Quality Consultancy Ltd. implements an internal permit to work system that controls the activities within their premises. The purpose of the internal Permit to Work System is to identify the hazards associated with the specific activities and eliminate them from happening by providing an operational control.

4. Toolbox Meetings

International Quality Consultancy Ltd. conducts Toolbox Meetings to draw the attention of employees to work in the beginning of each day to prevent the accidents arising from morning sloth. 

5. Job Risk Assessment

International Quality Consultancy Ltd. implements a Risk Assessment System to ensure each individual activity is assessed before commencement of the activity. Any possible hazard, associated with the activity shall be eliminated by assessing them and getting the necessary precautions. 

6. Awareness Campaigns

International Quality Consultancy Ltd. conducts awareness campaigns consistently with signs, posters, banners and focus briefings to alert the employees against work hazards. The program promotes employee awareness of safety goals and daily risks, hazards, and exposures in the field. Safety bulletin boards, which are located as per the activities, are primary information points for the awareness campaigns. 

7. Audits and Inspections

International Quality Consultancy Ltd. implements an audit and inspection program in conjunction with their clients and as per the corporate improvement philosophy. Designated safety/environmental personnel conduct the audits and inspections in accordance with timelines that are identified within corporate management manuals.
